Exchange Information:

• Only one exchange per customer, per order allowed. Exchanges apply only to size change of the same style and color of product.
• Exchanges must be made within 15 days of delivery date.
• Customers are responsible for charges on return shipping and charges on shipping of exchanged product. 
• Exchanges are only guaranteed if product has not been worn or soiled in.

Store Credit Information:

• We are sorry your order didn't work out, so let us make things right. If your return arrives to us within 15 days of your delivery date, you can receive a Patrick J Design Co. online store credit for the amount of your return minus shipping costs.

Cancelled Orders:

• Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of initial purchase for a full refund. 
• Orders cancelled after the 48 hours will receive a store credit if products have not been cut & sewn.
