How do I track my order?
If you provided your email address at the time of your order, then you can easily track your package with the tracking number that was sent to you through your email address. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update from the time a package is shipped.
I didn't receive an order confirmation. What should I do?
Our email may have gone into your spam/junk folder or may have not been sent due to an error in typing your email. Please be sure to add our email address in your contacts list to avoid missing informative emails.
I received my order, but the item(s) was missing/damaged or the wrong size/color. What should I do?

Do you offer semi-custom or custom work?
We offer a wide variety of custom-made ready dance wear on our site. Unfortunately, we are booked and can not accept any custom work at this time.
Can I change my order after it's been processed online?

Do you offer wholesale for studios and dance companies?
We do offer wholesale opportunities. Please see our *NEW* Wholesale section on our site and download our wholesale application form.
Can your company alter designs from an order?
We do not offer any alterations for a design from an order. Alterations are the responsibility of each individual client. Please see your personal seamstress for alterations.
Are all of your products lined the same?
All of our products are lined. Lining on products are varied within designs. Please look through pictures very carefully to see where the placements of the lining are.

Exchanges and Returns
We are here to help you with your exchanges. Exchanges must be made within 15 days of delivery days. Please visit the Exchanges&Shipping section of our website.
All US orders take 2-5 business days to ship. Standard USPS.
