Ordering

How do I track my order?
If you provided your email address at the time of your order, then you can easily track your package with the tracking number that was sent to you through your email address. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update from the time a package is shipped.

I didn't recieve an order confirmation. What should I do?
Our email may have gone into your spam/junk folder or may have not been sent due to an error in typing your email. Please be sure to add our email address in your contacts list to avoid missing informative emails.

I received my order, but the item(s) was missing/damaged or the wrong size/color. What should I do?
Please send us an email with your order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails that the item was ordered. Please visit the Exchanges&Shipping section of our website.

Do you offer semi-custom or custom work?
We offer a wide variety of custom-made ready dance wear on our site. Unfortunately, we are booked and can not accept any custom work at this time.

Can I change my order after it's been processed online?
Please send us an email immediately or give us a call at 1-888-528-9399 with the changes you want on the order. 

Do you offer wholesale for studios and dance companies?
We do offer wholesale opportunities. Send us an email requesting a wholesale application at info@patrickjdesign.com and we'll get back to you with more information. Please expect a response within 24-48 hours.

Can your company alter designs from an order?
We do not offer any alterations for a design from an order. Alterations are the responsibility of each individual client. Please see your personal seamstress for alterations.

Are all of your products lined the same?
All of our products are lined. Lining on products are varied within designs. Please look through pictures very carefully to see where the placements of the lining are.
 
Rush Production
All rush orders will be produced within 1-2 business days.
Please note: Due to a high number of orders coming in through the holiday season, Rush production will not be available during October 1st - March 1st of the current fiscal year. Rush production will resume after the holiday season has ended.

Exchanges and Returns
