- Must be in the U.S.
- Must be a Dance Retailer or Studio Owner.
- Minimum purchase of $300.00 for every order. Full payments are due at checkout. There are no style or quantity minimums.
- Exchanges are not available on a full set of costumes. A restocking fee of the discount difference will be charged to wholesale client.
- Exchanges are to be made within 15 days of delivery. Please see exchange policy: https://www.patrickjdesign.com/pages/shipping-information
- Client is responsible for all restocking and shipping fees for exchanges.
- Exchanges must be in mint condition within same packaging.
- Wholesale privileges can be revoked at anytime by Patrick J Design Company.
- Being a Wholesale Client is a privilege with great discounts. Please do not abuse this system.

- Semi Custom items are not exchangeable.

- Sample sizers are available upon request. Leotard, top & basic brief are sent to help fit guide your dancers. Small, refundable deposit of $200.00 + shipping fees required. Sizers to be returned within 2 weeks, in perfect condition for full refund. If held later than the two week mark, 10% charge from deposit will be deducted for every additional week.
