Exchanges/Returns

Exchange Information:

• Only one exchange per customer, per order allowed. Exchanges apply only to size change of the same style and color of product.
• Exchanges must be made within 15 days of delivery day.
• Customers are responsible for charges on return shipping and charges on shipping of exchanged product. Client can send their own prepaid shipping with exchange. If not, a shipping fee will be invoiced to client.
• Exchanges are only guaranteed if product has not been worn or soiled in.
• NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON SEMI-CUSTOM ITEMS

• We do not accept returns. Only exchanges.
